All 8 B vitamins in one daily capsule

Natur Total B-Complex Active is a proposed daily formulation containing vitamin B1, B2, niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), B6, biotin (B7), folate (B9) and B12. The formula specifies folate as 5-MTHF, 25 µg of vitamin B12 and 0.9 mg of vitamin B6 per capsule.

Folate as 5-MTHF and vitamin B12

The proposed formulation uses folate as 5-MTHF rather than conventional folic acid. It specifies 200 µg of folate and 25 µg of vitamin B12 per daily capsule.

The German source states that the daily amounts of 0.9 mg vitamin B6, 25 µg vitamin B12 and 200 µg folic acid/folate follow BfR maximum-level proposals for food supplements. These are cited as formulation guidance, not as a guarantee of suitability for every individual.
