Orders placed by 1:00 p.m.: usually shipped on the same business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 p.m.: usually shipped on the following business day.

The final shipping charge is also shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Tracking & insurance included
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive the available tracking information so you can follow its journey. Parcel shipments are insured.
Delivery times
Actual transit times depend on the destination, the DHL network, weekends and public holidays and, for international shipments, possible customs or import procedures. We therefore avoid promising unrealistically short blanket delivery times. Tracking provides the most current status after handover to DHL.
International shipping
The countries currently available for delivery and the applicable shipping charge are shown at checkout. Deliveries outside the relevant customs or tax area may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees payable by the recipient where required by law.
Secure and discreet packaging
We pack your order carefully and appropriately for transport. If a shipment nevertheless arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and, if possible, send photos of the parcel and the goods. Our customer service team will help with the next steps.
