1. Scope
For all orders via our online shop, the following terms and conditions apply.
2. Contractor contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Natur Total Ltd. 87000 Labuan, Malaysia, registered under LL12999.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after the order has been submitted. When the contract with us is concluded depends on the payment method you have chosen:
Credit card
When you place your order, you will also send us your credit card details. Once you have been identified as the legitimate cardholder, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.
Giropay
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of your bank, where you will confirm the payment order to your bank. This creates the contract with us.
3. Contract language, treaty text storage
The language available for concluding the contract is German. We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by email. You can view the contract text in our customer login.
4. Delivery terms
Shipping costs will be added to the indicated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.
5. pay
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:
Credit card
When you place your order, you send us your credit card details at the same time. After your legitimation as the legitimate cardholder, we will request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the order has been placed. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card is charged.
Giropay
After placing your order, you will be redirected to your bank's website. In order to pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure that is activated for participation in Giropay, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards and your account will be debited.
6. Warranties
The statutory right of deficiency shall apply. Information about any applicable additional warranties and their exact terms can be found at the product and on special information pages in the onlineshop.
7. Liability
The customer's claims for damages are excluded. Excluded from this are claims for damages by the customer resulting from injury to life, body or health or from the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) as well as liability for other damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the provider, its legal representatives or vicarious agents. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the provider shall only be liable for the damage that is typical for the contract and foreseeable if this was caused by simple negligence, unless the customer has claims for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
The restrictions in paragraphs 1 and 2 also apply to the benefit of the provider’s legal representatives and vicarious agents if claims are asserted directly against them.
The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
8. Dispute Settlement
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (OS) platform, available here https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are not obligated and unwilling to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
